Ian Blomfield NZ Supplier winner and Tim Fulton NZ Retailer winner competed in the Global Achievement Awards in Chicago. Both participants did extremely well with Tim Fulton from Mobil Oil taking out the Global Retailer Winner! Congratulations - we are so proud!!
PETER JOWETT & INDUSTRY AWARDS 11 AUGUST 2011
Inspiration, excellence and optimism were the key components of a successful awards event. The afternoon session kicked off with our scholarship programme namely the Peter Jowett Presentations where the audience were treated to very slick presentations from 5 young professionals in the Convenience Industry. These finalists were Tim Bolton (Mobil Oil), David Pomare (BP Oil), Ian Blomfield (Frucor Beverages), Chris Ryan (Imperial Tobacco) and Chris Moore (British American Tobacco).
Using certain criteria, NZACS members were given an opportunity to vote for the best retailer and best supplier presentation. We are proud to announce that the 2011 winners of the Peter Jowett Awards are Tim Fulton (Mobil Oil) for best presentation by a Retailer and Ian Blomfield (Frucor Beverages) for best presentation by a Supplier. We wish them all the best in representing New Zealand at the NACS Show in Chicago in October 2011.
