Update on the smoked tobacco retail scheme

Thank you again for your patience as we’ve worked to resolve the technical issue with the HARP system. The issue has been resolved and the smoked tobacco premises application form is now available.

In recognition of the delay, we have extended the application deadline by one week to 11.59pm on 19 November 2023.
